BCS and the PATH Families Network

Belconnen Community Service (BCS) has received funding from Disability ACT to:

• provide families and people with disabilities with the opportunity to undertake the PATH planning process;
• provide PATH training for people who wish to become PATH Facilitators and Graphers
• provide regular refresher workshops for existing facilitators and graphers; and
• provide opportunities for families to keep in touch with each other via a variety of means, including:
• hold half yearly PATH family gatherings;
• host a PATH families blog; and
• produce a quarterly PATH Newsletter;
• create opportunities to expand the PATH Families Network.
