Registrations now open for October 2013 PATH facilitator training

With the imminent introduction of Disabilitycare Australia, useful resources and tools to assist people with their life planning are essential. Do you have an interest in helping people to plan and achieve their goals? Do you work with people with disability? The PATH Planning process may be the tool you are looking for!

I'm pleased to announce our PATH facilitator training dates for October 2013.

TRAINING DATES
The PATH facilitator training will be held over 2 full days and one evening session:

Day 1 Friday, 18 October 2013 9.00am-4.30pm
(Belconnen Community Centre)

Day 2 Saturday, 19 October 2013 9.00am-4.30pm
(Belconnen Community Centre)

Evening Tuesday 22 October 2013 6.00-9.00pm
(Disability Information Support Hub, Belconnen)

COST OF TRAINING:
Government employees / Service providers $350 ea
Family member / Concession $120 ea
